I had the pleasure of meeting Miss A, let me tell you what a hoot she is! You can see her fun and charismatic personality in each of these. She was so good for our shoot, although she didn't love the tutu, she did inspire me to start an 'outtakes' gallery on my website!

She wasn't too sure why we just plopped her down here, & decided it wasn't for her, but I did catch this expression which probably sums up exactly what she was thinking at this moment......that me and here mama had lost it!

And here is the tutu shot, we did get quite a few of her not cryiing, but this is just so classic. I hope mom and dad bust this one out to show the prom date!

This baby bum is just too cute! About 30 seconds after this shot, we thought Miss A discovered her girl parts, but she was just playing in the little puddle she had made,

it caught us off guard but was hilarious!!

I had a blast and look forward to watching Miss A grow!

While many of us were relaxing with the family, Miss E made sure her mom and dad were in the midst of a labor day they would never forget. She is one of my 'labor on labor day' winners. I had the awesome opportunity to phorograph Miss E when she was just shy of two weeks old, it was such a fun experience! We only had one poopy explosion, and of course it was right on mom (on her birthday no less).

But, in true mom fashion mom barely flinched and the session continued.

There were too many favorites to choose, so there is a large showcase of this beauty.

This image was captured just moment before the mess, really we set ourselves up thought, I think she did great only messing once!

Shantell Wyatt Photography is currently scheduling holiday mini sessions! This is the perfect opportunity to capture images to update your family photos and get that shot you need for holiday cards, as a plus the bonus package is priced at substantial savings off of usual print pricing!

The Details:
*25-30 minute mini-session
*10-20 images will be presented to you in slideshow format (at your session we will schedule your ordering appointment)
*2-8x10 prints, 2-5x7 prints, and 24 custom photo holiday cards are included.
OR
*2-8x10 prints, 2-5x7 prints, 3-4x6 image negatives of your choice on a disk with a printing release.

Sessions are for immediate family members only, up to 5 people.
$10 each additional person.

*November 1st Urban Sessions in Downtown Mansfield (Shantell's favorite!)

During a summer trip to an intimate workshop in Illinois, I had the joy of photographing this cutie. She was such a good model & really connected with the camera, and she's only 6!
I'm working on going through and reworking some older images & (hopefully) cleaning off my hard drive and found these and just had to share.

I was asked to photogrpaher this adorable little girl by her grandparents. It was so nice to work with them. We had such a relaxed and fun time exploring with Miss E. She is such an inquisitive little one, she has very unique and beautiful eyes that look so wise for such a young girl! Here are some of my favorite from our session.

Here is Miss E on her Great Grandmother's piano. Her Grandmother had a love for music and it seems that Miss E may follow in her footsteps! Here she is taking a little rest : )

There it is, my big news! I have had an amazing opportunity come up and I will now have my own studio location! I have teamed up with Ladybugs Children's Boutique in Mansfield. We're in the process of getting all set up now, but come on down to Ladybugs and check it out!

Here is the wall color before.... not bad, but not great to photograph in.

Here's Josh taking apart the nifty contraption that was already there.

Josh (who despises painting) and I painted it a a neutral beige,

it goes awesome with the floors!
