Welcome to the blog of Shantell Wyatt Photography! This is where you can find sneek peaks, recent session showcases, current specials, and view products.

I'll also be blogging about my life, which is full of fun, rarely a dull moment! I am known as mommy to a charismatic 6 yr old girl, and a rambunctious and bull-headed 3 yr old boy. My husband supports me in all my endeavors and I thank him for that, this dream would not be possible without his positive attitude!

I specialize in a more candid approach to photography, my style can be seen both here and on my website. Please feel free to browse around; bookmark my site, I truly hope my blog becomes a favorite of yours. I hope that you enjoy my work as much as I do, and I welcome you to check back often and watch the kids grow!
Memories all too often fade....remember the best ones.

happy birthday to a cool dude! {dallas/fort worth child phorographer shantell wyatt}

This is one cool baby! My family got to spend lots of time with this little guy during his first year of life, we look forward to watching him grow into toddler-hood (which I think may have already happened)

iiiiiiiiiiii.........wanna soak up the sun {dallas/ fort worth child photographer shantell wyatt}

We have had a blast outside so far this summer. The slip-n-slide is probably our fave,
but a close second is water balloons in the pool!
Seeing these smiles brings me 100% happiness. This is really what it's all about.

the stalkerazzi {dallas/fort worth child phorographer shantell wyatt}

'Miss S' is absolutely gorgeous, we had a blast!!! She is a natural in front of the camera, I swear, she could be a model. At one point we were at a small train station, roughly 4 feet from the tracks.......as the train pulled & began to unload the passengers that filled it to the brim, we kept shooting. People were starring like I was the papparazzi & she was a star.....it was great!

this here is what you get when you try to get 9 kids to smile {dallas/fort worth photographer shantell wyatt}

This here is what happens when you try to get 9 kids to look at the camera! This was such an amazing family to work with, they were so much fun. They all came into town to stay at the Great Wolfe Lodge. I had so much fun during out session, I wanted to spend the rest of the weekend with them! This is one of my absolute favorites from our session.

look for changes & updates! {Dallas/Fort Worth Photographer Shantell Wyatt}

I have been busy lately, and it feels great! I know I have left my blog in shambles, I'm sorry! Keep a lookout in the coming weeks for some awesome new changes. I have several sessions that I can't wait to share on here too......!

I did want to make one announcement. I have been accepted to join the NILMDTS foundation as an affiliated photographer. I am overjoyed that I'll be able to aid in the creation of a lifetime of memories for a family that has experienced the loss of an infant, but also dreading my first call. In order for me to help, a family is experienceing a tremendous loss.

I look forward to the journey ahead of me hoping that I will be able to
help families experienceing the loss of an infant.
